Our Mission

CB Realty doesn’t work like other real estate agencies in Houston. It’s important to know that with us, you don’t just get an agent, but a team. For starters, we don’t work as individuals, but as a collective group of people with varying skillsets and capabilities. Each of our team members specializes in specific areas, in turn creating a rockstar team behind you and your home sale or purchase. We aren’t afraid to provide a truly personal touch, because what’s more personal than your home? You’re about to make one of the biggest decisions of your life, and you shouldn’t be making it alone.

We’ve seen and heard numerous horror stories from past clients on previous home buying/selling journeys. Our goal is to make all of that ancient history for you. As the Broker Owner of CB Realty, Chris serves as a trusted advisor to clients’ real estate needs. With nearly a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Chris has led CB Realty to be one of the top 1% of real estate teams in the Houston area.
Chris is a Houston native and a graduate of Texas A&M University in 2008, holding a degree in Agricultural Economics with an emphasis in Real Estate. He and his wife, Lauren, live in Spring Branch with their little girl, Lily. When he is not selling real estate, you will likely find him with the family, playing golf, or hunting whatever is in season at that time. Chris and Lauren are proud supporters of several nonprofits and local ministries in the Houston area.

Lauren brings her experience as a CPA and working in corporate America to CB Realty. As CB Realty’s Social Media Manager, she takes a detail-oriented, proactive approach to marketing properties and building client relationships. Lauren grew up in the real estate brokerage industry and obtained a degree in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University in 2008. She has held various leadership positions among several organizations and proudly supports team collaboration, finances, social media engagement, and client appreciation events. During her free time, Lauren enjoys spending time with family, trying new recipes, traveling, and reading.

Gil has had his own design/build remodeling company with his wife since 1979. Several years ago, when his wife pursued a new interest with real estate, he saw the knowledge that she brought to CB Realty and his construction clients, and he expanded his services to real estate. With a background in remodeling and new home construction, Gil serves clients by helping them find a perfect piece of property that meets their needs and obtaining the information needed to support their purchasing decision. In his free time, Gil enjoys spending time with family, hunting, and taking day trips with Pattie, cruising in his Model A car that he helped rebuild.

A native of the Houston Pearland area, Patricia (a.k.a. Pattie) has been involved in the remodeling/new home construction business with her husband for 38+ years. After remodeling numerous houses and assisting with home designs, Pattie has the unique ability to see the potential for properties. Pattie has also assisted with managing the business office and rental properties. With many skills in the real estate market, Pattie is proud to be working at CB Realty, owned and operated by one of her three sons, Chris Boyles. Pattie’s detail orientation is essential to the real estate business, and she would love the opportunity to assist you with your real estate needs. In her free time, Pattie enjoys spending time with family and grandkids, shopping in Warrenton, quilting, and traveling to Belize.

Karen started in real estate career in 1997 as a Transaction Coordinator for a top-producing brokerage. In those 22 years, she has implemented and participated in thousands of negotiations with buyers and sellers. Karen’s real estate knowledge, customer service coupled with good communication is the foundation for her success. Karen and her husband, Anthony, have 6 children ranging from fifteen to twenty-five and enjoy spending their time on the farm with their dogs, horses and mule.

Born in Houston, Texas, Chris moved to the Spring Branch area when he was four. Chris first started his career in sales through vector marketing, selling a product called Cutco. Through vector, he was connected with Chris Boyles, who offered him an opportunity to further his knowledge with sales through real estate. As a Realtor and Client Care Specialist, Chris wants to help home buyers find their dream home, experiencing the same feeling his family had when they first moved into their new home. Focused on client care, clients can always expect great communication and a supporting system from Chris. He is also a sports fanatic, specifically Houston sports and the Rockets. You can call him the sports guy of CB Realty.

John gained 6 years of corporate sales experience before venturing out on his own to start a construction business doing remodeling and construction projects. John brings an extensive construction experience to share with all of his clients looking to purchase or sell a home. In his free time John enjoys fixing cars, sampling Houston restaurants, and camping on his property with his wife Tanya and three adventurous boys ages 9, 6, and 4.

Teresa started in the real estate industry as a buyer’s agent in 2006. After her broker trained her on transaction paperwork and compliance procedures, she realized she preferred the paperwork aspect of the career to being a traditional agent. While she is still a licensed agent, Teresa has worked solely as a transaction coordinator for over five years. Her primary role is to ensure smooth closings and customer communication for all transactions. Teresa and her husband, Aaron, have three children ages six to sixteen. They are very active in the church and transporting their kids to various extracurricular activities.

When moving Houston area a little over a year ago, I had no idea where to begin looking for a home. I had grown up in a suburb of Houston and was unfamiliar with the specific neighborhoods or areas closer to town or inside the loop. Chris was very knowledgeable and did a great job of going over the pros/cons of each and showed me around. He was really laid back and easy going when looking at houses and never made me feel pressured. When I finally found what I wanted, Chris did a great job of making sure everything was thoroughly and promptly taken care of. I have already recommended using Chris to several of my friends and family.

Chris isn’t just any realtor. Having been born and raised into a family that is a home contracting company – focusing on remodeling homes, kitchens, bathrooms, room editions etc. When Chris shows you a house, he shows it and explains even the most nitty gritty details about what potential negatives and what the all of the positives of any property are (even for the first time home buyers like ourselves). This is because he knows how to remodel homes himself.
There are probably only a handful of realtors out there that would rather just sell you a house instead of making sure you are happy for years to come.
I have used Chris as our realtor when renting an apartment, a rental house, and now my wife & I’s first home. We are loyal customers and when we buy a new house, we will use him to list ours.

Chris is an excellent real estate agent who helps you through all aspects of the buying process and works with various contacts to help make buying a home a painless process. Prior to even looking at properties, Chris meets with his customers to make sure he has a solid understanding of what you’re looking for, while also explaining the comprehensive buying process. As a first-time home buyer, this was extremely helpful! When looking at properties, Chris was quick to point out items of concern and was extremely honest on his opinion of the property/location/asking price. Once we had an accepted offer on a property, Chris stayed on top of the buyer’s timeline. Again, not knowing what to fully expect, this was extremely helpful. Overall, I would (and have) highly recommend Chris as a real estate to anyone!

Chris was quick to respond to our initial inquiry. He provided us with a list of homes which fit our criteria. He was able to give another perspective on the homes we looked at. He saw big structural issues we otherwise would have missed and was able to provide an estimate for the cost of the repairs. Very knowledgeable about the different areas of Houston and very easy to work with. We found a great house by working with him and are very happy!

What can I say about Chris! My wife and I relocated to Houston for work and had never been to Houston before, so we were over our heads. We met Chris after he sold a house to a friend of ours and never wanted to speak to another realtor again. Chris took a lot of time to show us different parts of Houston and what they had to offer. We looked at probably 30 different houses in 20 different neighborhoods, from Jersey Village to Pearland! Chris never gave up on us and would respond promptly to every call, email, or even text. Chris walked us through the process of buying hand in hand and even helped with our lender (a whole other story)! He really made the whole experience less stressful than it could have been and would recommend him to anyone!

We purchased out first house with Chris Boyles and he really impressed us with his patience, professionalism and knowledge of the different territories around Houston. His background and experience truly set him apart from others in this industry. Chris shielded us from making a poor decision on a house that had potential structural damage and we could have wasted a generous amount of time if we had to wait for inspectors to find this out. Chris helped me sell my first home and got involved weeks prior to listing the house. He helped me focus on the items in the home that were important to buyers to give me my best chance at achieving my expected selling price. He was patient and very responsive once the home was listed. Chris is hands down the best realtor in the Houston area. He was our realtor for purchasing our very first home and we couldn’t have been luckier to find him. We went with a house in the area north of I-10 between Blalock and Gessner. Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was always happy and helpful when he was showing us around. He was prompt to schedule any walk through that we wanted and was very flexible, always able to work around our hectic work schedules. Not only does Chris have a thorough knowledge of construction but he has a keen eye; when you are looking at a house with him he is quick to point out examples of cheap patch jobs or great quality remodeling (something I know nothing about!). He was helpful every step of the way –from finding us great houses to look at to our offer to the final closing day. He never got annoyed with our endless questions and I feel he was truly invested in finding us the perfect home. Chris was even able to recommend painters once we moved in and we were very happy with their prices and their work. I was so happy we found someone who knows the area as well as he does. Overall, Chris is intelligent, professional and just overall pleasant to work with when you are dealing with the pressure of home buying or selling. I would definitely use Chris again and will be recommending him to any friends or family looking to buy or sell!

I’ve worked with Chris on multiple transactions and his knowledge, energy, and savvy makes all the difference. I’ve worked with many real estate agents through the years in both business and on personal real estate transactions and Chris is as good as it gets for my money. He hustles, stays interested, and is relatable, which really helps in a city like Houston with so many different people from different backgrounds and professions. I’ll rely on Chris over pretty much any agent I’ve met – he’s very good at personal homes and did a great job learning what he needed to help me through a commercial transaction recently, which is a relatively new thing for him and he performed like a seasoned vet.

Chris was amazing. We were first time home buyers and really didn’t know what we were getting ourselves into. Chris had both the expertise and patience to walk us through the process. He had an excellent grasp on the current market, where to look, how much homes were worth, and resale potential. But his biggest asset was his honesty and straightforward approach. We found out quickly that Chris has extensive knowledge of building and remodeling homes, having done both himself. In Houston that turned out to be invaluable. We could walk through a home and he would point out flaws in construction, materials, foundation, etc. Mold is a big deal in Houston and he could stand outside a house and tell if it was constructed properly to prevent mold. There were even times when he would straight out say,”I won’t let you buy this house, it has too many construction faults.” He could stand in the house and give us estimates as to how much it would cost to remodel the kitchen, put in new floors, etc. and if it was worth it when we went to re-sell. Found a great house at a great price, couldn’t have done it without Chris.
